2023-2024 Board of Directors:

The directors of your HOA serve staggered 3-year terms.   Elections are held at the Annual Meeting to replace any director whose term is expiring.  At the first board meeting of each year, the directors elect themselves into officer positions.

Architectural Review and Covenants Committee (ARCC): 

• Craig Ballam, Chairperson (Term ending August 31, 2025)
• Diana Robertson, Member (Term ending August 31, 2024)
• Nan Egleston, Member (Term ending August 31, 2024)
• Mark Braden, Member (Term ending August 31, 2026)

The members of the ARCC serve staggered 3-year terms.   Appointments are made annually in September by the Board of Directors and the committee can have up to 7 members. If you are interested in serving on the ARCC, please contact the board at info@walneyoaks.com
